I’ve since left because of my insane boss (could tell you tons of stories) but we would mostly be at the register packing up the meat for customers and interacting with them, preparing all the orders/deliveries, and butchers were in the back doing all the proper cutting up. There was a deli bit too so I helped prep food in the kitchen. And taking out the bone bins😔 Sometimes I would be dicing chicken thighs but that’s the extent of my butcher skills.
Yeah! I’m road tripping right now and it’s intriguing to see teens dressing kinda the same everywhere, especially in contrast with adults who differ a lot from town to town. I love the homelike vibe that it brings though!
